About Radiate Purpose

Hi, I’m Andrea. Here is how the story of Radiate Purpose came to be.

I’m from a small Texas town and at 17, I left Texas to study Germany. By then, I had already had personal experiences of trauma and all I knew to do was outrun my past by being a super achiever. I started college at 16, was in a fully funded Masters Program at the University of Bonn Germany before I was 21. At 22, I co-founded my first nonprofit - FAIR Girls - where we opened our first safe home for sex trafficked women and girls. I never slowed down. I was a super people pleaser and while I’d stand up for any girl in my program, I often let transgressions that hurt me slide.  

In 2018, I finally had stop running after some deep betrayals. I started to wonder where my past was shaping my future. That is when I was introduced to my life coach who helped me see the stories that I tell myself are not true. I leared that I do not have to be small to be safe. I do not have to let unkindness wash over me in order to be nice. I can be my fullest self without fear. It was about integration, not avoidance. 

In the last few years, friends and clients have reached out to me asking for me to teach them what I have learned about healing, integration and living a deeper and more purpose driving life.

I have since led global retreats in the United States, Dominican Republic and Europe. I lead weekly support groups and offer one to one support to women from around the world. Yet, I learned to deepen my practice.

That is why I studied and became a certified life coach. Yes, I had the lived experiences, I had been in coaching, I know how to support women and girls in groups and individually. 

That is why I chose a highly ethical program to obtain my coaching certification. I am committed fully to ensuring my coaching is evidence-based, trauma-informed and rooted in decades of Jungian mindset work. You deserve this level of intentional care.
