1. Welcome to Radiate Purpose Welcome! I am Andrea, the founder of Radiate Purpose. I am honored to support you on your journey to alchemize pain into purpose. By accessing this website (www.radiatepurpose.com) or engaging in my coaching services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to create a clear, safe container for our work together.
2. Nature of the Service (Important Disclaimer) Radiate Purpose provides Jungian Life Coaching and trauma-informed support.
Coaching is not Therapy: While I have advanced training in trauma recovery and am a Jungian Coach-in-Training, I am not a licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, or medical doctor.
Scope of Practice: My services are designed to help you achieve personal goals, understand archetypal patterns, and find purpose. They are not a substitute for clinical mental health care or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical diagnosis/treatment, please seek a licensed mental health professional.
3. Certification and Ethical Standards I believe in transparency and professional integrity. I am currently in the certification process to become a Certified Jungian Life Coach. I adhere to the best practices and ethical guidelines common to the coaching profession, which prioritize client autonomy, confidentiality, and "do no harm" principles.
4. Client Responsibility Coaching is a co-creative process. You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions. I am here to guide, mirror, and support you, but you remain the expert on your own life. I ask that you arrive at sessions on time, ready to engage in the work with an open heart and mind.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds To respect the time and energy we both invest in this process:
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least [24] hours notice. Cancellations made with less than [24] hours' notice [may be subject to a fee / will result in the forfeiture of that session].
Refunds: [Option A: Due to the nature of the service, no refunds are provided for sessions already delivered.] [Option B: Packages are non-refundable, but sessions may be transferred to a later date in case of emergency.]
6. Intellectual Property The content on this website, including blog posts, course materials, and the "Radiate Purpose" brand, is the intellectual property of Radiate Purpose. You are welcome to share my public posts with credit, but please do not copy or reproduce my course materials or private coaching tools without permission.
7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States.
