I kept chasing the love from others when i was not even giving it to myself. I found it SO easy to love others but I was not giving myself that love. And, that is SO common if you have experienced past traumas related to lack of love, betrayals at home or in the world, trauma and abuse and abandonment. We all know these things to a certain level but I’m saying we do NOT have to let these pasts define us. We don’t have be victims. We don’t have to self abandon.
I’ll be sharing more soon but these amazing women and men joining me will just bring you to a new place of love where your pain is your power to heal, not your shame.

This three-day virtual course shows you how to break negative patterns that hold you back. You’ll create healthy habits that lighten your outlook on life, and yourself.

Day 01 / Looking within
Day One is all about you. You’ll take a deep look at yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be.

Day 02 / The External
On Day Two we shift our focus to others in your world. How do you relate to your friends, family, and the other people in your life? What do you want to change?

Day 03 / New Beginnings
We put everything together on Day Three. You’ll see how learning how to love yourself is the key to better relationships with everyone in your life, especially yourself.
Course structure
