You Do Not Have to Walk This Path Alone

While coaching focuses on your future and your purpose, sometimes we need additional support to heal the past or navigate a crisis. Below is a curated list of trusted organizations, hotlines, and directories to support your well-being. I have personally worked with a number of these organizations but I can not independently claim to know the full extent of their services. Just remember, we all deserve quality and qualified care!

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Radiate Purpose is a coaching consultancy, not a crisis center or medical facility. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or fear you may harm yourself or others, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

Finding a Therapist (Tele-Health)

Coaching pairs beautifully with therapy. If you are looking to process deep trauma, I highly recommend working with a licensed clinician. Below are directories to help you find a provider who matches your needs.

  • Psychology Today: psychologytoday.com

    • Tip: You can filter by "Issue" (Trauma), "Types of Therapy" (Jungian, IFS), and "Insurance."

  • Open Path Collective: openpathcollective.org

    • A non-profit network of mental health professionals dedicated to providing in-office and online mental health care at a steeply reduced rate ($40-70/session).

Specialized Approaches: Jungian & Internal Family Systems

Since we utilize Jungian concepts in our coaching, you may find deep resonance with therapists who specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) or Depth Psychology.

  • IFS Institute Directory: ifs-institute.com/practitioners

    • The official directory for Internal Family Systems therapists. Look for "Certified IFS Therapist."

  • Jungian Online: jungianonline.com

    • A referral service specifically connecting clients with Jungian Analysts and Psychotherapists via tele-health.

  • Depth Counseling: depthcounseling.org

    • A group practice offering tele-health that specializes specifically in psychoanalytic and Jungian-oriented therapy.

Recommended Reading & Tools

Finding a specific therapist can be tricky because licensure is usually state-bound (e.g., a therapist in California often cannot treat a client in DC unless they are licensed in both).

However, here are three specific avenues tailored to your request for Jungian/IFS focuses:

1. The IFS Institute Directory (The Gold Standard) This is the safest way to refer. You can link clients directly here: IFS Practitioner Search.

  • Why: It allows clients to search by their State/Zip code to ensure the therapist is legally allowed to see them.

2. BetterHelp / Talkspace (with a warning) While these are the biggest tele-health platforms, it is often hard to find true Jungian or IFS specialists there. They are more "generalist." For your specific niche, I would recommend Open Path Collective over BetterHelp, as Open Path allows you to read detailed bios where therapists will list "Jungian" or "IFS" explicitly.
